Anthony Kirlew

Anthony Kirlew is a licensed agent at EXP Realty with a strong passion for real estate and financial matters. With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the real estate industry, Anthony's journey began at the age of 19. In addition to his expertise in assisting clients in finding their ideal homes, and helping homeowners sell for top dollar, Anthony is deeply invested in facilitating wealth creation and retirement planning for his clients through real estate ownership.

During his early 20s, Anthony held the position of VP of Project Management at Blair Development Corporation, where he oversaw the process of real estate development, from “dirt to doors.”

With a background as a mortgage lender spanning 5 years, including the ownership of his own mortgage company in Maryland, Anthony has been pivotal in helping individuals overcome challenging circumstances to achieve homeownership. His dedication in this area led him to write "The Bankruptcy Mortgage Book," a valuable guide aimed at assisting those who have experienced bankruptcy in their journey to becoming homeowners.

To better cater to the needs of his military clientele, Anthony pursued and obtained the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification. His commitment to continuous learning is evidenced by his achievement of the Arizona Realtors 2023 Education Achievement Award, a distinction only 57 real estate agents in Arizona earned.

Anthony's expertise has been sought by a plethora of media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Fox Business, MSN, The Street, The Simple Dollar, Credit Karma, and Lending Tree, establishing him as a prominent voice in both the financial and real estate spheres.

Residing in Arizona since 2007 and a Gilbert resident since 2014, Anthony actively engages with his community. He has been a member of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce since 2010, contributing his insights through roles on the Ambassador Committee and Small Business Council. Furthermore, he has dedicated his time to serving on the Board of Directors for organizations such as the Gilbert Education Foundation and Radiant Health Natural Medicine. Anthony's community involvement also extends to the Presidents Advisory Council at Rio Salado College, a role he formerly held.
