Initially Stephanie Pieper handled our requests, took us to tons of houses at convenient times and a few last second looks... when we found "the one" they had the comps complete and offer in within an hour and a half. They knew we really wanted that house and they didn't hesitate a second before getting it for us. They truly know the business and how to close a deal with exceptional customer service. And after the offer was excepted the rest of their phenomenal team took over. Jill handled the majority of our case afterwards and she is absolutely amazing. She was so on top of everything and ensured our lender & title company were in-line. It got really close to the wire if we were going to close on time. Luckily it ended up happening because the 46:10 team was calling for updates multiple times a day in the final week.
